Almost anyone can benefit from having a personal trainer! Whether you're new to exercise and need guidance with what to do and how or if you're an experienced gym goer and want to improve your technique, change your workout routine or increase your motivation.

There are lots of reasons for having a personal trainer, our personal trainers will help you with the following:

  • Setting achievable goals

  • Pushing you that bit harder

  • Reviewing your current exercise programme

  • Staying motivated

  • Educate you on how to achieve your goals

  • Educate you on technique

  • Figure out what's right for you

  • Bring a fresh perspective

  • Try new equipment

We also have personal trainers that are Chartered Physiotherapists and they can provide specialist advice for:

  • Exercising with arthritis

  • Exercising with heart conditions

  • Exercising with old / new injuries

  • Exercising with chronic conditions

  • Exercising with back pain

  • Exercising whilst being pregnant

  • Focusing on key areas of weakness or imbalance

We also offer personal training for 2's and 3's for those of you that want to share the fun!

Treatment times

30 mins - An intense session, ideal for those short of time

45 mins - Ideal for those getting back in to training after a break or new to training

60 mins - Ideal for those who have a range of goals and / or who want to advance their training. Also includes stretching and technique assessment

2 or 3 people training - Ideal if you have shared goals with a partner, friend, brother or sister etc (60 mins £37)
