This type of massage is ideal for treating injuries, whether you play sport or not! Using a variety of techniques, this massage can help to alleviate any problems relating to the musculoskeletal system (muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves & other soft tissue) including but not exclusive to:

  • Muscle tightness

  • Strains

  • Sprains

  • Old injuries

  • Recurring injuries

  • Tendon injuries e.g. tennis elbow

  • Repetitive strain injuries

  • Overuse injuries

Sports massage is also excellent at preventing injuries and keeping the body in the best possible state.

30 mins - Ideal for concentrating on one body part e.g. back or back of legs

45 mins - Ideal for concentrating on two different body parts e.g. back and back of legs

60 mins - Ideal for treating the whole body
